Location is unbeatable and incredible, on all bus lines or high speed train to different destinations. You'll need 15 minutes to walk to Cop Bar with nice drinks.

Great complementary services, such as luggage storage and fragile item care. the staff at the front desk are welcoming and patient. the layout of the rooms is functional yet cozy. the strategic location is also an added advantage.

As for the unpleasant aspects, the windowless rooms may be a discomfort for some people. the walk to accessing the room may be inconvenient for some.

Spent my Easter holiday at a hotel in Chiayi and had a great experience. The room was very spacious, and the staff at the reception were helpful. The location was perfect, with the train station and transit bus station to other provinces just a stone's throw away. the housekeeping was superb, ensuring that our room remained clean and tidy throughout our stay.

The morning breakfast left a lot to be desired, with the food often persistently cold. Some of the café staff appear to be busy during service but not productive, and they were also unfriendly, not smiling or showing appreciation when we brought back the dirty dishes.
